In this 159th in a series of live discussions with Bret Weinstein and Heather Heying (both PhDs in Biology), we discuss the state of the world through an evolutionary lens. This week, we discuss how to predict things that reliably turn out to be true, especially in the public health sphere: use the scientific method, employ a generalist toolkit, and engage in campfire conversations. We also talk about the Project Veritas video of a Pfizer executive discussing what Pfizer may be discussing, Pfizer’s official response to that video, and what the implications are societally and scientifically, and how this might be framed using Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. ***** Our sponsors: Sundays: Dog food so tasty and healthy, even husbands swear by it.
