Barry Morphew was under GPS monitoring when a Colorado judge demanded his location records by 1 p.m. on September 2 after he was involved in a hit-and-run accident in Denver. The company responsible for the reporting data reportedly didn’t meet that deadline although sometime later, the GPS data was used by prosecutors to petition the court for a bond adjustment. The initial public silence raised serious questions about whether the technology and the company delivering it lived up to their own promises. Let’s examine the oversight claims from the company’s website about real-time tracking, immediate notifications, and 24/7 monitoring. Who was responsible, who’s accountable and what are the costs of monitoring criminal defendants. We’ll even examine the circumstances around a guy who has lived in Colorado for years leading up to his wife #SuzanneMorphew murder and still driving around using Indiana license plates. This episode is all about technology, trust, and the justice system when the tracking goes quiet. #ProfilingEvil #BarryMorphew #SuzanneMorphew #MorphewDaughters #ColoradoCrime #TrueCrime #GPSMonitoring #RecoveryMonitoringSolutions #CourtroomTech #BondHearing #JusticeSystem #InvestigativeJournalism #CrimeAnalysis #PublicSafety #Accountability #HitAndRun #BondViolation #ElectronicMonitoring #ArcGIS #esri ======================================== Website: www.ProfilingEvil.com ======================================== Email your questions to: ProfilingEvil@gmail.com ======================================== 💳 DONATE: https://www.paypal.com/donate/?hosted_button_id=T54JX76RZ455S 💵 PayPal: https://paypal.me/profilingevil 🕵️BECOME A MEMBER: https://www.youtube.com/profilingevil/join 🛒SHOP MERCH: https://www.profilingevil.com/profilingevilshop 📖SHOP BOOKS: https://www.profilingevil.com/store
