He believes the trifold Samsung phone design is more intuitive than the Huawei alternative.

“The Huawei one is confusing. This I'm wondering, you know, we saw all the thinness of the latest Fold 7. It would make sense of being able to make one hinge slightly bigger.”

Linus believes that foldable smartphones are currently too expensive and suffer from durability and hardware design issues.

“It's just it's gotten it's gotten ridiculous, Luke. It's too expensive. And to be clear, this applies equally to Samsung's folding devices.”

Luke notes that many users of folding phones frequently use only the smaller outer screen instead of unfolding them.

“Also, a lot of people that I know that have folding phones end up just using the like skinny main screen.”
