He believes the appliance rental model is effective because it provides a necessary, more affordable alternative to laundromats for tenants who lack their own equipment.

“it is cheaper than the laundry M even this week I've had two people call and say I just bought a washer and dryer off Facebook Marketplace it was $400 it broke the next month and the guy blocked me they're like oh jeez can you I mean a lot of people do that”

Small rental businesses offer a low-overhead opportunity to generate recurring revenue using assets that can be rented out repeatedly.

“What I love about small rental business is you can start easily with very little capital and you have an asset that you can rent out again and again. You're not selling something and then you have to go source more goods.”

He believes that serving customers in the affordable housing space can be an ethical business endeavor if the owner chooses to act honestly and treat tenants with respect.

“we can either turn our heads or we can donate to Charities or we can start a business in that space and commit to being a good guy right maybe an RV park maybe it's your business and we can not be a piece of crap and take good care of people and treat them like we would treat any other customer”
