“I grew up in the Mexican theater where they're all very snob and very like that's impossible you know Fame and popularity happens when you sell out you know right and after doing Andor and Rogue one and being part of of this the Star Wars family I realize now I realize you can have integrity you can”

He considers the Star Wars experience to be a special, generational phenomenon that creates a lasting connection with the audience.

“I meet people now and and it makes me feel a little bit old but they'll say to me you know like Anakin was my hero when I was a kid and now like my kid loves Anakin and it's like this generational thing that that kind of gets passed down and that's you know really special”

He believes the latest Star Wars movie suffered from poor pacing and an inconsistent application of established force abilities.

“one of my main issues with rise of skywalker being this just pulling new force abilities yeah out of you know a drawer or your butt or a pocket whenever you need one in order to solve a problem”

The opening sequence of Star Wars is a unique and effective cinematic experience that makes hearing the opening crawl and music particularly powerful.

“I don't know that Star Wars is ever going to be like the number one movie of all time, but I don't know that there's a moment that gives me chills or like gives me that like hyped up feeling more than being in a theater and hearing the opening crawl just like start to appear”

He lacked knowledge about the film during his early promotional interviews and did not realize he was being tested for the role during his initial readings.

“I had no idea [laughter] what it was about. It was about two hours long is is as much as I knew and I had So is this that kind of an interview?”

Episode I is a favorite film because of its sentimental value and the presence of Darth Maul.

“Okay mine is episode one and people WILL LIKE WHAT? I KNOW I KNOW. People just make fun of me every time I tell them that but I can't help it. I think it's just because like it had a little bit bit of sentimental value because like I saw it with my entire family”

He thinks the game looks enjoyable but wants to see more gameplay than what was shown in the trailer.

“Star Wars Outlaws looked very enjoyable but I would love to see more than the trailer showed”

The Star Wars Holiday Special is a train wreck that is mesmerizing to watch because of its absurdity.

“It's just a train wreck in every single sense of the word, top to bottom.”
