Tim Dillon suggests that police work tends to attract individuals who are unintelligent or aggressive.

“if you're a cop which is a horrible job anyway reserved mainly for uh stupid and aggressive people can we say that dumb and aggressive people for the most part become police you need police but it's not the best and brightest”

Law enforcement agencies are overwhelmed by current case loads which makes it difficult for them to solve every crime quickly.

“I don't even know how anybody gets away with I don't even think anybody The only way anybody doesn't get get away with stuff anymore is if the cops are just so overwhelmed with their current case load, they just can't get to this because nobody got killed in this thing.”

Law enforcement often fails to properly understand or handle people in communities due to a lack of training in mental health and community relations.

“They need to go back to training and putting these people in more than just United States statue or United States title USC. They need to learn how to really handle people in the community.”

The police should be entirely apolitical and treat everyone the same regardless of their personal views or ideology.

“the police should be apolitical it shouldn't matter if it's a conservative breaking of law a liberal whatever it may be if someone breaks a law they break the law that's it their politics their view their ideology is irrelevant”

The police are increasingly prioritizing ideological enforcement over common sense, actual criminal law, and their duty to the public.

“I don't think the police are lazy as such I don't think the average police officer is lazy I think they've been led a pile of [ __ ] about what's important yes I think that's that's it and again this comes we always I always like to punch I always like to punch up always”
