Matthew Farwell's twin brother told a federal jury why he didn't believe Sandra Birchmore when she said she was 15 the first time she was with Matthew, and his reason was about his brother. On October 27th in the Matthew Farwell trial, William Farwell testified with immunity, which he needed because he was with Sandra in his cruiser while on duty. He admitted texting back "Nice," and said he first asked Matthew about it after Sandra was dead and State Police were calling. He described a State Police sergeant who said the case needed to be closed out, and Matthew telling him he'd wiped his phones before State Police copied them. Then the government's strangulation expert, Dr. Bill Smock, told jurors her death scene was altered. Farwell has pleaded not guilty, and his lawyers say Sandra took her own life. The government expects to rest Wednesday, October 28th. Listen Anywhere You Get Podcasts: https://pod.link/1655749292 Want to comment and watch this podcast as a video?
