This past year, I’ve traveled to over 10 countries across 4 continents from barefoot dancing in Bali to temple rituals in Egypt, from community in Costa Rica to conferences in Amsterdam. But it wasn’t because I was running from something. A lot of people assumed this chapter was a reaction to my divorce. But the truth is… my divorce happened long before this. I had already rebuilt my life. I had already done the grief, the growth, the healing. This journey came from something deeper. It was a soul call…to feel more alive, to live in the present, to surround myself with people who are also living from their highest selves. Here's what I unpack: - How to know when your soul is ready for a change (and not just your ego) - The difference between traveling to escape vs. traveling to expand - What I learned about friendship, sisterhood + being in sacred community - How embodiment grounded me even while constantly on the move - Why aliveness is the new currency of the feminine - And what I’m anchoring into next (yes, I’m finally getting a place 🏡) This episode is a love letter to the woman who is ready for more. More beauty. More connection. More trust in her sacred yes.
