The full panel breakdown of the Caleb Flynn case with attorney Bob Motta and retired FBI agent Robin Dreeke. Caleb Flynn was convicted on all nine counts for the murder of his wife Ashley. Prosecutors argued he shot her in the back of the head while she slept in their Tipp City, Ohio home and staged the scene as a home invasion. Their daughters were in the next room. Flynn was having an 18-month affair with a 24-year-old church intern. The two exchanged more than 107,000 messages. His mistress texted about wanting Ashley dead. He allegedly texted about ways to kill her and not go to jail. Apps were deleted from his phone hours before the killing. The jury deliberated approximately two hours. Four segments: the mistress’s civil liability, the psychology of a killer who chose murder over divorce, how the jury convicted without a weapon, and the digital arrogance that built the prosecution’s case.
